SHIPPING
Gusey customers can enjoy free shipping in the US on orders of $100 or more!
Once your order has been processed, you’ll receive a tracking number and a link via email so you can track your package once it ships.
If your package gets lost, stolen or damaged in transit, please reach out to the carrier as soon as possible since we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Once your order is placed, it can take up to 1-5 business days to process and package your order. Please note that packages cannot be shipped on holidays.
In the event that an item in your order is out of stock, we will process the rest of your order without that item.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
RETURNS
We hope you’re satisfied with your shopping experience at guseyclothing.com. If you need to return an item, we will gladly accept your return within 14 days of the delivery date. After 14 days, if the item is not postmarked in the mail, we cannot accept your return.
To qualify for a return, item(s) must be unused and unwashed, with the original tag and packaging. The packing slip must be included or the item(s) will be ineligible for return.
All items discounted by 15% or more are FINAL sale and ineligible for return.
We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages.
We are not responsible for shrinking or pilling of garments.
Items sent back that are not eligible for return will not be shipped back to the customer.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If you request a pre-paid label, we will deduct $6.99 from your refund. If your order initially included free shipping, if the adjusted total of the initial order is less than $100 after your return, the actual shipping
cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
There is a 3% restocking fee for all returns. Returns over $375 are subjected to a 6% restocking fee. Please note that the acceptance of the return of an item for refund is in our absolute and sole discretion.
