My order came and an item is damaged — what should I do?
Unfortunately, there are times when an item can get damaged in transit and it’s the carrier’s responsibility. We advise you to contact the carrier as soon as you can. Feel free to contact us at hello@guseyclothing.com for any additional questions or concerns.
I forgot to process and ship my return within 14 days of the delivery date, can you make an exception?
Regretfully, we cannot make any exceptions since we need to stick to our 14-day policy in order to be able to continue giving our customers affordable prices. We appreciate your understanding.
The item I want to buy is no longer in stock. Will it come back in stock this season?

Our clothing follows the general fit guidelines that most major American companies use.
I mistakenly bought the wrong size. Can I exchange the item for the correct size?
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. However, the return process is easy and simple. Process a return and place the order again for the correct size.
